The Selfie Olympics was the first meme of 2014. It had pretty simple rules: it needed to be a mirror selfie, and it needed to include props.
People got reallyinto it, and started creating elaborate scenes for their mirror selfies.
The hashtag caught on, and Twitter was flooded with amazing photoshoots, like of @jonas_chimbanda catching a picture mid-leap.
