Here's how Reels work

You'll enter a Reel via a regular ol' link. On mobile, you'll swipe into the first frame, and then, move through the Reel by tapping your finger on the screen:

Tap the right side of your screen to move forward through the reel, or the left side of your screen to go backwards.

The desktop experience? Just as smooth. Enter the Reel, and you'll see a sequence of frames. Simply use your mouse to click forward (or backward, if you want to revisit anything) and you're on your way:
