LOS ANGELES -- "I've heard Johnny Depp lives there."
It's something downtown Los Angeles residents would say to tourist friends when passing the striking art deco Eastern Columbia building on Watch A Wife's Secret (2014)8th Street and Broadway. Then, back in May, it was confirmed when Amber Heard filed for a restraining order that listed their shared address: 849 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90014.

Credit: Mashable Heard and Depp have since settled the ensuing divorce, a split that in part was triggered by his alleged tirade in late May at the five-penthouse complex atop the historic clock tower. Now Depp is unloading that property, and it can be yours for $12.78 million, according to the Trulia listing.
