Star Trek: Discovery has added three more cast members to play Klingons in the upcoming CBS All Access series.

Chris Obi will star as T'Kuvma,Watch Secret Sessions Online the Klingon leader seeking to unite the Klingon houses; Shazad Latif will play Kol, the Commanding Officer of the Klingons and protégé of T’Kuvma; Mary Chieffo has been cast as L'Rell, the Battle Deck Commander of the Klingon ship.

Obi will have a busy year in 2017: He'll also appear in the big screen adaptation of Ghost in the Shell, and in Starz's American Gods, which is executive produced by Bryan Fuller -- who recently had to step back from his producing duties on Discovery because of his commitments to that series.

Latif most recently appeared in Showtime's Penny Dreadful as Henry Jekyll, and will next be seen in ABC's upcoming Romeo and Juliet sequel series Still Star-Crossed.

Discoveryis the first major TV role for Chieffo, the Juilliard-trained daughter of actors Beth Grant and Michael Chieffo.

The trio join previously announced stars Michelle Yeoh, Doug Jones and Anthony Rapp. Casting is still underway for Discovery's lead character, who will be female and, in a break from Trektradition, will not be the ship's captain.

The show is set to premiere in May on CBS network, with all subsequent episodes debuting exclusively on CBS All Access.
